Much like yesterday's post in this series, this picture is taken from the Hotel Ukraina, except this one is from the observation deck at the very top of the hotel. As you can imagine, with views like this, I spent a fair bit of time up there. (Plus, Moscow was really warm that June, and there was a nice breeze at the top.)
