67,000 miles. 41 flights. 11 new airports (BHE, CHT, PER, GLA, LYS, CGK, STR, HAM, BNE, CHC, GIS). 6 new airlines (DJ, CV, SZ, BE, GA, LH). And a whole lot of fun.

July: Eilean Donan Castle at low tide, from my amazing Scottish road trip with Emily
(aside: July had so many pictures from that awesome trip that I could have used, but this one kind of summed it up.)
July extra: takeoff from NQY over Mawgan Porth on the late lamented Air Southwest
August: Hojotoho, Valkyries! Last night of Die Walküre at St Endellion, one of my most cherished musical experiences

August extra 2: Market Day in Ambierle. I knew all that French at school would come in use. Comment dire "punnet"?
September: a schooner of Crémant de Bourgogne rosé in Bristol (it's the people you can't see that make this one so awesome)
